This monitor is fully functional and comes with all accessories pictured.

It has a protective rubber boot that prevents it from minor bumps and drops; the latter has some discoloration of the rubber. All buttons work and feel solid.

Screen does not have any pressure marks or dead pixels. This unit has internal battery that was replaced 01/07/19. Following accessories are included in the sale.

**Lingual Sp02 sensor. It was repaired in house and it is functional.

**Rectal Sp02 sensor. Dully functional.

**AC Adapter

This monitor can measure respiratory rate, but it requires Respiration Cable and Sensor, part # V3422. It is not included, but it can be purchased from any major distributor.
