Please note: The screen is rotatable. We have found the connection to be glitchy if rotate it. The Dr. uses it in the upright position. This has been the case since we purchased it brand new.

"The ultrasound was in use in our hospital until the day our doctor upgraded in March. She upgraded due to wanting a cardiac capable unit. The screen has a tilt feature and from day one, if you tilt it, the tugging of the connection wire seems to cause a glitch and the screen display comes in and out. The screen is fine in the upright position. We do not tilt the screen, so it has never been an issue. We did not replace the unit due to problems, our doc simply has more ultrasound experience than this machine offers us"
