Description of Item: We bought this new in 2009 when we opened the practice. On average it was used once every other day and occasionally once per day.
Initially it stopped working and because of the delay to get it serviced we decided to purchase a new one. It turned out that it was simply the door switch.
We replaced the switch and it now works perfectly. We just don't need two of them.
It is in excellent condition.
