I have verified that it is working, and I had a third party run diagnostics/verify as well; everything checked out normally.

There is no warranty. I did not buy it directly from Samsung; I bought it from Boland Vet Sales in 2021 (an approved Samsung dealer). They had used it as a demo unit before selling it to me, and I did not purchase a warranty at that time.
