It does not have a scavenger system. It was used on small rats that were in a plastic cage at the other end.
There's no manual. All I have is what's in the pictures. I'm sure the other stuff can be purchased depending on how they want to use the unit. It's a reputable brand and vetequip has its own website which they sell accessories I'm sure.
