Was working when last used 8/2019, the manufacturer instructions were followed for the shut down process, it was done by our IDEXX rep when they installed the new machines.
I believe there is a set up process for vetconnect, it can be done over the phone or they can ask their IDEXX rep to come in and do it for them.
