Reason for Sale: Purchased new mobile vehicle
- Approximately 77,000 miles
- Backup camera present and displayed on screen in cab.
- Onan Diesel Generator - 2600 hours - current on maintenance with certified diesel mechanic - last service May 2023
- Connection to shoreline or can also run off 12V battery separate from the vehicle battery in order to keep the fridge cold when not in use.
- The 12 volt battery is charged when connected to shoreline or when generator is running though (see breaker panel).
- Power Inverter also present in case of needing outlet use while not plugged in or having generator on.
- New starter, brake lines, hot water heater, water faucet, mini fridge, tires, dental unit, and flooring all within past year.
- Dental unit includes scaler, polisher, high speed hand drill, air/water irrigator, and air compressor. Unit is mounted on inside door under sink so can be easily stored away.
- Isoflurane anesthesia machine with easy hookup to either oxygen generator or portable oxygen tanks. The anesthesia machine can also be removed from wall and moved up to front table for dentals or other wet table procedures.
- Set up for X-ray equipment. Original owner had one in there, I never purchased one, but mounts are still visible above exam/wet table.
- Single cage/kennel in front of unit.
- Avagard hand bracket in surgery area.
- Active gas evacuation for anesthesia (runs off generator/shoreline power).
- MI 500 LED Surgery Light above V top foot pedal surgery table.

- Central heat and AC that both work well.
- Automatic awning -only used a couple times and worked like it was supposed to.
- Mounted computer monitor, ideal for if hooking up digital X-ray machine to show clients the radiographs.
- Radio in cab area works well and can connect to Bluetooth, but it does always say there is an error when first starting it up. It did this to original owner as well and does not affect function.
