You can put it on a small roll cart and easily move it around the hospital.
We used it intra-op and post-op as well as for dentals, and in the exam rooms.
It comes with an instruction book and not only has presets for different uses, it also has a booklet with joules and length of time to use.
Very user friendly, especially for someone just starting to offer this modality.
