Rear rooftop a/c and heat unit is not powering up. Was working as recently as May 2024. Probably will require service or replacement. Both rooftop units are Duo-Therm by Dometic 600 Series Penguin.

Front rooftop unit works as it should but seems loud.

Ceiling vent fan is not
powering up. Exterior vent cover opens and closes as it should.

Some passenger side electrical outlets, including rear most outlets are not receiving power. May require troubleshooting and/or service.

Water box under vehicle closest to driver has small leak. May require repair or replacement.

All new tires to be installed week of 7/22/24.

Generator recently serviced by Cummins in May 2024 (and October 2023) and works flawlessly.

Some medical equipment is not tested. Buyer who is qualified to operate medical devices may test any of the medical devices/systems before purchase.
