Trailer has spent most of it's life in a covered Garage (But not Always).

Title in hand.

No accidents.

Not sure on water tanks sizes.

5.56 KW (Upgraded 50amp) Generator.

Not been used for approximately 3 or 4 years.

Floor storage space.

Side door has a rack compartment with fold down table.

No fuel gauge.

Size 18' Length x 6'3" height by 7' wide.

Trailer doesn't need to be winterized (Inside stored & climate controlled).

Flood lights on one side.

Tires are approximately 2,000 miles new. Bearings packed at the same time.

Fuel tank is 13 Gallons.

Original Factory installed Generator.

I do not know how long the fuel last. That really would depend on load usage etc.

The trailer is not new, but has been looked after.
