You will need a wiring harness to hook vet box to truck. A trailer place will sell the wiring harness and they could wire it up for you.
I do have coolant couplers for antifreeze hoses to hook to truck. See Picture below The hoses for the antifreeze is 5/8 bulk hose then you tee it into your heater core lines. I have bulk hose that I will send with the box as well.
