The height at the surgery table (which is a combined wet table as shown in the photographs) is 73 inches on one side and 76 inches on the other. The discrepancy is due to the overhead AC/Heating ( which does not work currently) There is not a separate surgical suite.
There is NO bathroom - the clinic does not have a grey or black water tank. It was equipped with a grey water tank at one time, but has been removed.
The engine is original - the Transmission has been rebuilt.
The oxygen tanks can be included and the anesthesia machine and dental drill/scaler/water unit - but otherwise nothing else. The dental unit would need a new generator.
The vehicle also came with a Honda generator and I never used it, so there is one onboard, but it does not work- I found it too noisy and smelly to continue use and no one around here would work on it as they have to be Honda certified. I usually just plugged in.
1). There is no rust on the vehicle except the back chrome bumper has a small area, it is easily removed (gets this when snow sits on the area of that bumper that has a dent), Otherwise no rust.
2) The front interior light above the two larger cabinets has not reliable worked and when I have replaced the box it seems to work great and then go out - I dont need it really as its not above any work area so I just let it go, otherwise the fan over the back area isn’t working, but I think it is the fan, nothing electrical. Shoreline batteries are in good working order and rest is good.
3) The anesthesia machine is in good working order. No issues. Was regularly serviced until COVID hit, but has been used as recently as about 3 months ago.
4). The generator was last working about 10 years ago. It would likely need replaced. I am not sure, possibly could be fixed. I cannot guarantee it will work. It is gas. It was difficult to get it running during the wintertime here too so I just gave up on it and didnt miss it.
5) The caninet drawers need some carpentry work, hinge on one and the locks on some are not working well. They should be easy to get replaced.
