The standing height inside is approximately 7 1/2 feet. The a/c is a commercial unit, though I don't have the file with me to give you exact size and brand this moment. The walls are spray foam insulated. We operated the unit in winter temperatures well into the 90's during our summer trips and worked quite comfortably with a/c running on medium setting. There is also a roll-out shade awning on the entrance side of the unit.

The entire unit and equipment runs by simply plugging into a standard outlet. We parked adjacent to a building where we hooked into power. We carried a 3000 kW generator with us in the bed of the truck as a back up or if external power was not available at the location. Generator not included.

Water heater and trailer heating is propane and water heater capacity is standard 12 gallons. We never had issue with running out of hot water, even on days with back to back surgeries. The fresh water tank is 30 gallons and the grey water capacity is 40 gallons.

For further specifics on the A/C unit, I can contact my service person who installed it and ask him for the model number.

"The trailer and all equipment are free and clear. No liens or payment due on anything. As far as import into the US, the trailer was manufactured in the US and virtually all of the equipment was originally imported from the US, so there should be no issues in importing it back into the US. Since the unit is commercial, the buyer may wish to investigate if hiring a registered importer might simplify the process for him or her. For a reasonable fee, they ensure that all the paperwork is done correctly so there won't be any issues at the border.

I purchased the trailer new from a Canadian RV dealer and imported the cages, treatment table and most of the other items myself. I did not use an importer since I was familiar with the border process after having moved to Canada from Montana in 2008.

As far as importing, it is just the trailer unit itself that would need to be imported with paperwork for licensing in the US. The Interstate trailers are manufactured in the US, so meet all vehicle safety standards. For accurate and current import requirements, I would refer you to this website. They should be able to answer specific questions:
