The machine is still under the warranty (until November 2017), this warranty in not transferable. The company says that this machine is very reliable, that is why they offer extended warranty (2 years instead of 1).

Would this be a good ultrasound for small ruminant repro work? What was it previously used for?
Yes, this probe can be used for small ruminant reproductive management. In some cases it is superior to a transrectal probe, but in some - a tranrectal probe might be more useful (for example, early pregnancies – less than 25-30 days).
The machine was intended to be used in vet clinic, mostly for canine and feline, but was never actually used as shortly after the purchase I've had to change my line of work due to the health issue.
