“I cannot say with 100% certainty that the manufacture date was Jan 2020, as the manufacturer was not putting serial numbers on the invoices. But at the time of your purchase, we were selling units as fast as the manufacturer could ship them and your purchase would coincide with units with that date.
Our warranty/service agreement is $550 for 12 months which means we would send out a loaner unit while the purchased one is serviced, that is if the tech service issue cannot be resolved with advice over the phone.
That $550 would have to be paid by the new owner, now or later, before the unit would be sent in. This is a bargain considering a new instrument costs $7794.
If they decide to purchase, please have them contact us to set up an account to purchase the test cuvettes and/or the warranty.”
To get supplies we had been ordering directly from micro Vet Diagnostics. They have the incubation tubes but the sensitivity disc's can be picked up through a regular distributor.
