"The rubber around the door could be replaced very easily, it looks to be just your flat rubber and it is got a clear piece with nuts and bolts holding it securely. There are areas around the door that let in air also, there is no rubber at the rounded corners.There isn't supposed to be a complete vacuum around it. I am attaching some pictures." See Below
