Welch Allyn 3.5 Volt Nicad Rechargeable Handle Model# 71000-A. It is used, but in good condition. On/Off switch turns smoothly. It has minor scuffs consistent with normal use.

Rechargeable battery is new and holds charge well. Replacement can be purchased from Amazon for ~$12.

Welch Allyn 3.5 Volt Veterinary Pneumatic Otoscope Model# 20200. It is new (never used and sealed) It can be used for routine exams and ear flushes.
