Does not include any aprons or gloves, just the items listed. I do not have a record of maintenance or repairs since I purchased the clinic in June of 2018. I have been doing relief work at the same clinic for the past 10 years, and it had been regularly serviced (yearly or every other year) during that time. It did pass Arizona state inspection when I purchased the clinic. We use the machine every day without any problems.
