2005 26’ La Boit E450:

• Gasoline powered V10 engine.

• Engine mileage: 140,000

• Truck mileage: 209,000

• At approx 70,000 miles the old 2005 V-10 engine was replaced with new engine that had updated caste iron spark plug heads.

• Two brand new tires, two that need replacing sometime soon & two that are about halfway. 

All veterinary equipment is from 2004 and all works well and has been maintained well:

• Isoflurane anesthesia machine

• Dental Scaler/polisher

• Separate Surgery Suite

• Surgery light

• Exam table top removes to reveal a full-size dental/scrub tub with grate

• Two top cages (bulkhead) 22" wide

• Bottom cage is 46" wide. It has a divider to make 2 - 23" wide cages

• Weigh Scale

• Centrifuge

• Xray bracket (x-ray machine not included but the bracket system to hold the x-ray generator is in place)

• 7000 Watt Onan generator runs well and was purchased in early 2016 & has 1,174 hours on it.

Disclosures: 

1. The refrigerator works off 110 volt but currently does not work off 12 volt system. I'm not sure when the 12 volt function stopped working.

2. The ABS (anti-lock brake system) does not work.  It doesn’t affect functionality. It does not have to be fixed, but if someone wants it fixed I was quoted about $3000. 

3. Engine exhaust noise: It has an exhaust noise that goes away as the exhaust manifold heats up.  It has a leak from the exhaust manifold that seals when the engine warms up.  It has been that way for over 100,000 miles so it is not something that has to be fixed.  If someone wants to fix it I was quoted about $2000.  It could be repaired or left alone.

The truck runs fine.
